This notice explains what personal information we collect when you use www.vizob.com(the “Website”) or contact us, how we use it, and the rights you have. It is issued jointly by Vizob Ltd (United Kingdom) and Vizob Management Consultancy FZC(United Arab Emirates), together “Vizob”, “we” or “us”.

1. What we collect

We collect only what you give us and what is needed to run the Website:

• Contact details you send us. When you use the contact or proof-of-concept form, or email us, we receive your name, email address, company name if given, and the content of your message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) to operate the service and protect it from abuse.

We do not run advertising trackers on the Website. See our cookie policy for details.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal.
• To provide services under a contract with you or your company.
• To keep the Website secure and available.
• To comply with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax record-keeping.

Our legal bases under UK GDPR are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running the business and responding to enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and our accountants where required. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

4. International transfers

We operate in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, and our providers may store data in other countries. Where personal information leaves the UK we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, and we apply the same protections regardless of where the data is held.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries we do not take further are deleted within two years. Information relating to a contract is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for six years afterwards, as UK tax law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider and then deleted.

6. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypt data in transit, restrict access to those who need it, and run security checks on the software we build and host. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

7. Children

The Website is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

If you are in the UK or EEA and believe we are processing your information unlawfully, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

9. Do Not Track

We do not track visitors across other websites, so a browser Do Not Track signal changes nothing about how the Website behaves.

10. Changes

We will update this notice when our practices or the law change. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
