These terms apply to your use of www.vizob.com (the “Website”), operated by Vizob Ltd and Vizob Management Consultancy FZC(“Vizob”). By using the Website you accept them. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

1. Using the Website

You may browse the Website and use the forms to contact us. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited material.

2. Content

The text, design and code of the Website belong to Vizob or its licensors. Client names, product names and logos belong to their owners and appear with permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution; you may not reproduce substantial parts of the Website without our written consent.

3. Case studies and figures

Case studies describe work as delivered at the time of writing. Figures such as test counts or delivery times are accurate for the project described and are not a promise about any future project.

4. The free proof of concept

We decide at our discretion which proposals we accept. A proof of concept is provided as is, for evaluation, and remains ours unless a later agreement says otherwise. Any confidential information you share with us is used only to evaluate and build the prototype.

5. Links

The Website links to other sites, including our own products. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

6. Liability

The Website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Vizob is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that dealings with Vizob Management Consultancy FZC in the United Arab Emirates are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah.
