The problem
Independent gyms in the UAE run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Memberships lapse unnoticed, VAT invoices are produced by hand, and nobody knows who is actually in the building. The established international platforms are priced for chains.
What we built
- Member registration, memberships with defined status rules, and spreadsheet import
- Bilingual VAT invoices, numbered without gaps and locked after issue
- Check-in by rotating QR code, a door screen that explains refusals, and wallet passes for Apple and Google
- Point of sale, shop stock, cash shifts and daily and monthly reports
- Multi-tenant platform: one login across gyms, plan entitlements, trial handling and platform admin tools
- Public site in English and Arabic with pricing, legal pages and a demo request form
Outcome
Phase one is built and in use, with automated accessibility and security checks running on every change. Payment gateways and a mobile app are next.
